Harshavardhan is the oldest of three children. He has a younger brother, Lukesh, by his biological mother, who is now deceased, and another little brother from his father's second wife. His father is a coolie and does whatever day labor jobs he can get. Harshavardhan is a devout boy who likes to read, study and dance. He is thankful to be at St. Thomas Orphanage/Mary Rose Buds School.
