Grasumma Karra

Grasumma is the oldest of three children. She has two younger brothers, Yahoshuva and Santosh. Her father, Ramesh, is a catechist. He assists the priest in his duties in their home parish and receives a small stipend. Her mother, Lakshmi, is a day laborer who earns a little money working in the fields. Grasumma is an active, happy child who enjoys playing kho-kho and running track. She also enjoys reading.
